About Our Prints:
All prints are of the finest art quality. They are available matted or unmatted.
Only top quality archival paper in your choice of glossy, semi-gloss or matte finish is used for printing.
Mats are single mats and available in pure white, ivory/cream, tan, brown, sage (medium) green, dark green, dark blue or black.

About Our T-Shirts:
You can add your own name, business name, slogan, saying or any text you choose (well, almost...) to your t-shirt!
Brand name t-shirts of 90-100% cotton material are used. Imprinting inks are top quality.
Our imprint will withstand many, many washings and dryings. (Turn inside out and wash and dry at medium temperature.)

For the time being, dear visitor, the ordering method used by this website is of the most primitive kind - SNAIL MAIL. Perhaps in the future, if enough of you spend some money here, I can afford to install an online ordering system that takes credit cards. So go ahead and BUY!

I guarantee that you won't be disappointed. Any item you receive from Photo Odyssey will be something you can wear or display with pride! Each order receives individual attention and only top quality merchandise is used in its production. Prints are done with care on archival paper and mats, backings and protective sleeves are also archival. T-shirts are classic styled, made of high grade 90-100% cotton, and the imprint material is the best on the market today.

The good news is that you can have your choice of 3 different standard size prints with 8 different mat colors. Or, why not have your own name, slogan, saying, business name or any lettering you choose (well, just about) printed on your custom t-shirt?

HOW TO ORDER PRINTS OR T-SHIRTS:

1. IMPORTANT: Be sure to write down the Image # you have selected and
make sure it is available for prints or t-shirts.

2. Print the appropriate order form:

3. Fill out the order form completely.

4. Recheck the order form to make sure that all required information is supplied
and that all math is correct.

5. Enclose your check for the total amount made payable to: Darlene Zubbrick.

6. Mail your check and the order form to the address shown on the form.

You will receive an acknowledgement by email within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) of receipt of your order If you haven't received this, please contact me. Your order will be processed as soon as your check clears the bank. It will usually take another 1-2 business days after that to produce and ship your order (quantity orders may take longer). You will receive another email when your order is shipped. All shipping is via Parcel Post. You should receive your product within 5-7 days of the shipping notice. Remember that our products come with our "100%-Satisfaction-30-Day-Guarantee" (see below).

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.* Just fill out the Return Form enclosed with the order and mail the form and the product (pre-paid) to the address on the form. You can choose to receive a replacement product or a refund check for your full purchase price including our shipping and handling charge. If you do not have a Return Form, please contact me .

*NOTE: Products imprinted with personalized lettering (names, etc.), custom orders, or products purchased at a quantity discount are not returnable unless the merchandise is defective. In that case, we can resolve the matter if you contact me .
